- The prices published on PORTOBAZAR.CENTER do not include our sales tax (IVU) and this will not be added nor charged at checkout, since our Merchant Certificate Registration does not require us to do so. If in the future this changes by any law, regulation, or statute PORTOBAZAR.CENTER reserves the right to make the pertinent changes.
- PORTOBAZAR.CENTER will not be liable, under any circumstance, of any negotiation and/or agreements done between the advertisers, subscribers, sponsors and/or visitors.

There's a search feature on the site for you to find the items you want fast and easy, you can also browse by category.

The sellers publish their phone numbers, attending sale's area and the availability schedule; please respect those. You can also use the "Contact Seller" form.
4 Using Favorites
If you like any offer and you want to save it to get in contact later, you can click on the "star" that appears after the name of the offer to be added to your favorites. You will have a link on the top menu to access this list later.
5 Reviews
After buying an item and/or creating a relationship seller/client, you can give your opinion about the seller. You can also make comments and reviews on each product page. Consider that some of the products will expire at some point and they won't continue published.
